Power Boxing 101
Are you looking to change up your workout routine? Try out power boxing! In this class, coach and trainer Marlon Scurlock will teach you the fundamentals of Olympic style boxing. You will go over footwork, review striking and practice strength and conditioning. You will also learn offense and defense strategies, boxing education, nutrition and shadow boxing. You will need to bring a water bottle, towels and a yoga mat.
