Do you love eating salads? Are you looking for convenient and easy ways to eat healthy? Hectic days, meet your match! Mason jars are perfect for quick, easy and portable lunches for all of us on the go. These will soon be your weekday go-to. Chopra Center Certified Wellness Instructor Andrea Meyer will teach you how to prepare salads in a jar as well as some tips and tricks for making eating healthy a breeze. A food fee of $10 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. You will even get to take home some of these adorable jars.

Cupcakes are a timeless treat, but cupcakes decorated for summer really take the cake! Learn to create six summertime designs celebrating the great outdoors, beach time, 4th of July and summertime treats. We’ll also try some creative cupcake fillings and practice basic decorating techniques using frosting and rolled fondant. Bring six undecorated cupcakes in a take-home container and an apron. Bavarian cooking is usually known for its hearty and rustic dishes. However, there is a sweet side to Bavaria that you will discover during this fun, hands-on cooking class. You will learn how to make Kaiserschmarrn (a sweet omelet with raisins, rum and almonds) and Apfelkuechle (a traditional German pastry, made with sliced apples, dipped in a batter and pan fried). The Indian Food Diaries: A Variety of Dhal
