HeartSaver First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

Full-certification and recertification in first aid basics, CPR and use of an AED. This class will be a hands on approach to learn skills that will allow you to help in a situation where respiratory and cardiac emergencies occur, along with any basic first aid attention needed.

Tai Chi Class

Tai chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can do it. Practice "meditation in motion" with Ming Xie, who has taught tai chi for over 30 years.

What Every Female Should Know About Self-Defense (Ages 12+)

What Every Female Should Know About Self-Defense Empower yourself by learning simple and effective self-defense using The Survival Triangle. Elements include mental conditioning, physical conditioning, and self-defensive tactics. Awareness without skill equals anxiety. Informational handouts will be distributed in class. Instructor Frank Rodriguez is the founder of F&D Martial Arts has over 35 years' experience in martial arts and over 28 years' experience serving as a firefighter, paramedic, and arson investigator. Class requirements are clothing that does not restrict movement and participants should be at least 12 years of age.
