Health & Wellness - Pilates on the Ball

Take your Pilates on the mat to the next level by adding the ball for more challenging movements to develop longer, leaner muscles, range of motion, endurance, more core strength and flexibility, while finding awareness, balance, control and function. A unique set of challenging exercise sequences allows the movements to flow in one continuous motion. In these ten sessions we’ll work from basic to intermediate moves. Bring a Pilates mat or two yoga mats for thickness and a ball. Tammy has been teaching as a certified Pilates teacher for 10 years. No discount.
