Pilates for Seniors
While regular exercise is important for everyone, it may be even more so for seniors. Pilates was developed as a system of rehabilitative movement therapy for injured soldiers in WWI, and so it is truly for every body regardless of age of physical condition. The benefits of Pilates for mature adults include improved stamina, strength, balance and mobility. Bring a mat and towel.
