Youth & Teen Classes - Family Exercise Boot Camp (Ages 7+)

Improve your physical fitness together as a family! This exercise class serves to help all ages develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate physical fitness as a natural part of life. The boot camp is specifically designed to improve cardio health, core strength and weight loss through fun circuit training exercises and partner work! You’ll also gain physical fitness knowledge and receive valuable nutrition tips. Registration covers one child and one adult. To enroll an additional parent or other children for $15 per person, please call 407-0140, option 3.
