Calling all ninjas! Join Onsite Youth Training as they turn a playground into a series of physical and mental challenges. By changing how students view simple objects, they will use the art form of parkour to overcome obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only their bodies. At any level of experience, parkour offers a full body workout, improves one’s ability to move, increases confidence and changes how one sees the world. Parkour is also a system of fitness training that improves strength, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, endurance and precision. Students should come dressed with closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle to each class.
