Culinary Arts - The Indian Food Diaries: Potatoes (Beginners, Experts and Anyone in Between)

Cooking with Indian spices doesn’t have to be complex. The focus of this class is to allow you an opportunity to become familiar with Indian spices by pairing them with potatoes and other vegetables. You will make a few curries and one gravy with the all-time favorite potato. Please bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to instructor Raji Kailasam at the beginning of class.
