Health & Wellness - Pilates - Online

This Pilates class is for beginner and intermediate adults of all ages, shapes and sizes. The unique workout offers a mixture of stretches created to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. You will build core control and balance, improve strength and posture, and rehabilitate your sore back and joints. Instructor Harriet Gilbert is an AFAA certified instructor. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting.
