No weights, no jumps, no straining your joints! This beginners to intermediate workout uses your body weight and fluid, low-impact, high-intensity movements inspired by Pilates and yoga. You will work all muscle groups to stabilize, stretch and strengthen your total body. Please bring a yoga mat to each class. Taught by certified PiYo® instructor Mary Coronado.
