Culinary Arts - Let's Roll with It - California Roll, Spicy Tuna & Tampico Shrimp Roll

Come learn the art of sushi making with Chef Rodrigo Sosa. In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare sushi from the very beginning by learning about the ingredients, cooking techniques, rolling, preparing and cooking the rice. You will enjoy making three different styles of sushi including the California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and Tampico shrimp Roll. The deadline for registration will be on Friday, July 17. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the time of supply pick up on Monday, July 20 at the Community Learning Center from 4:45 – 5:15 p.m.
