Health & Wellness - Tai Chi for Beginners - Online

In this beginning Tai Chi course, instructor Ming Xie will teach you the eight methods of directing energy with your arms and the five steps; combined they make up the 13 postures. Ming Xie has been teaching Tai Chi with us since summer 2009 and has trained and taught Tai Chi for over 25 years. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting.
