Learn the best basic moves of ballet, yoga and Pilates in one workout! You will move at a brisk no impact pace while burning calories and strengthening and toning muscle groups. Bring 3lb. weights for toning and a yoga mat for core work. Class will be conducted in bare feet. No experience necessary. Taught by Certified AFAA instructor, Mary Coronado. No discount.
