Mung beans are an essential component of curries and Indian dishes. In this session of The Indian Food Diaries, instructor Raji Kailasam will teach you how to use split mung beans cooked three ways. These dishes will immensely satisfy your craving for something lightly sweet, something that is lemony and something that is lightly crunchy! Raji Kailasam is a native of Chennai, India and has been teaching Indian cooking in San Antonio for four years. Bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
