Introduction to Fondant Modeling
Take your cake decorating skills to the next level and make your cakes memorable. In this class you will learn the basics of working with fondant and key shaping techniques to create fun, three-dimensional figures for cakes and cupcakes. Bring six or more undecorated cupcakes in a take-home container and an apron. A $10 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. Instructor is Melissa Tarun.
