Health & Wellness - Intro to Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga Instructor Joy Love Bernstein created this class to introduce you to a practice of beginning yoga poses. Class will vary from gentle to beginners practice. It will be slower paced and will focus on exploring foundational poses. Please bring your own yoga mat, two 4" yoga blocks, and a thick bath towel or yoga blanket and let's enjoy this ride.
