Let’s kick it into high gear and get some exercise while you spend quality time with your little one. Designed as a high intensity workout, Onsite Youth Training instructors will combine strength training and cardiovascular exercises to encourage fitness as a family lifestyle. You and your child are in for a rockin’ good time as we challenge each other, exercise our muscles, increase cardiovascular health and flexibility. Exercises may be modified to fit the needs of the students. One registration includes one parent and one child (ages 5+).
