ALIR - Stretch and Strength

Are you interested in being fit and flexible? This class is for you! We will focus on dynamic and static stretching while integrating strength, balance, core and coordination exercises into the mix. Class will take place primarily on a floor mat; we will be standing, sitting, on all fours, and lying prone, supine, and on our sides at times. Don’t forget your yoga mat. Let’s strrrreeetch!
