The Indian Food Diaries: Bombay Thali
Thali is an Indian-style meal served on a metal plate (also called a thali) made up of various dishes including rice, a selection of vegetables and proteins, Roti (Indian flatbread) and Raita (an Indian condiment used to cool the palate). You will learn to make these delicious Indian vegetarian dishes for two with India native Raji Kailasam. Come hungry and bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
