ALIR - Dancing for Exercise

This class will be a rhythmic total body cardio workout. We'll learn aerobic dance movements set to a variety of upbeat Latin, contemporary and country music favorites. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes; bring water and a hand towel. Eat at least 2 hours before class, or have a light snack (not sweet) a half hour before class. (Max 30)
