Health & Wellness - Do I Need to Eat Gluten Free?

This class is a call to explore the correlation between the food we eat and our health status. Instructor Oyin Ajala will shed a light on healthy eating, focusing on the gluten free diet and who should eat gluten free. She will also discuss the management of the Celiac disease with food. This class will be highly beneficial to the whole family and close associates of people with gluten intolerance, Celiacs and those with gluten sensitivity. A food fee of $5 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class for a gluten free breakfast. Oyin Ajala is the owner of Wholesome Eating LLC and holds M.B.A. and M.S.N. degrees.
