Youth After School Classes - Uplifted Performance: Athletic Development (Grades K-5)
Uplifted Performance and Fitness offers students the chance to enhance fundamental athletic skills plus body and movement development in a fun, interactive team environment. Each week, students will learn a new skill or two with increasing challenges in agility ladders, hurdles, cones and medicine balls that will develop physical-cardio-vascular health and confidence. Each class will conclude with practicing these skills and drills to help students transition into other sports. Students are required to wear athletic shoes (no sandals/flip-flops/heeled shoes or boots will be allowed to play for safety reasons). Students should bring a personal water bottle to class each. All fitness equipment will be provided.
