Health & Wellness - Boot Camp for Seniors!

This boot camp class incorporates the best of low-impact exercise with strength training for active older adults. Our focus will be on exercises that build on your strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility. Modified circuits will provide a comfortable yet challenging workout. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel to each class. Taught by AFAA Certified Instructor Loyda Clucus.
