Health & Wellness - Fitness over 50 - Fit Tower® Barre Flow

Learn to use the adjustable and versatile Fit Tower® and improve cardio endurance, flexibility, strength and range of motion. You will warm up with low impact movement then blend in elements of Pilates and yoga, and finish with traditional strength training exercises; all done to a brisk music rhythm. Please bring a yoga mat to each class. Taught by AFAA certified group fitness instructor Mary Coronado.
