Fitness over 50 - Boxing 9X
This kickboxing themed workout includes cardio drills, strength training and core/functional fitness. It is great for both beginners and advanced fitness levels. You will learn to use focus mitts, punching towers and kick cushions for impact. A 30-minute circuit keeps you moving for maximum calorie burn. Please bring boxing gloves and an exercise mat to each class. Instructor is Mary Coronado.
