Health & Wellness - Lose the Diet and Lose the Weight

Being overweight and obese has become the norm in the U.S. This class will describe a 10 step process for losing weight in a permanent way with a discussion of the rationale and logic for this approach. This presentation will bring a positive and encouraging outlook to those who are serious about losing weight without judgment. Allusion to the scientific literature will show the evidence for this program. Carl Coppock, Ph.D. is a retired Texas A&M professor who authored the book "Lose the Diet and the Weight" which you will receive in class.
