Youth & Teen Classes - Ninja Training (Ages 5-14)

Calling all ninjas! Join Onsite Youth Training as they turn your child into an urban Ninja. By changing how students view simple objects, students will use the art forms of parkour, tumbling and ninja skills to overcome obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only their bodies. At any level of experience, our class offers a full body workout, improves one’s ability to move, increases confidence and changes how one sees the world. Our Ninja Training class improves strength, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, endurance and precision. Students should come dressed comfortably, with closed-toe shoes and bring a personal water bottle to each class. Students will be separated into two groups according to age and ability.
