The Indian Food Diaries: Vegan 'Turkey' Stuffing
Get ready for your vegan taste buds to soar! In this class, you will make a tasty protein based filling using beans, celery, carrots and other vegetables, all while keeping Indian roots intact. You may even leave this class with ideas of converting this mixture into your own veggie burger patty. Instructor is Raji Kailasam. Bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
