ALIR - Film Fighters Against Fascism: A Sequel

Who doesn't love a good story of resistance in the face of evil? Yet in the pursuit of showing bravery during WWII, many films offer narrow views of violent resistance only. This class will view 5-6 DVDs that show non-violet anti-Fascism actions in Germany, Poland, Italy and Holland. the instructor will call on her film critiquing expertise as well as her personal knowledge of such resistors/survivors.
