The Indian Food Diaries: Rice Pudding
Join us in The Indian Food Diaries' first ever dessert class. You will learn how to make two different varieties of rice pudding, one with dairy and Indian molasses (Jaggery) and a non-dairy version with coconut. Bring your sweet tooth and invite a friend. Instructor, Raji Kailasam, native of Chennai India, has been teaching in San Antonio for three years. Bring to-go containers and an apron. A $10 food fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
