Basketball: Skills, Drills & Training (Ages 10-12, Grades 4-6)
Dribble, pass, shoot, score with TX Youth Sports! Young athletes will learn to dream big and love basketball while improving their skills and abilities. Focal points include: dribbling, passing, catching, pivoting, footwork for layups, shooting, spacing, fitness, fun and more. Several classes will also include competitive drills and scrimmages. Although this course is not a league and uniforms will not be issued, young athletes will train to build the fundamental skills needed to play basketball effectively. Students should bring a basketball and personal water bottle to each class.
