The Indian Food Diaries: Saag Paneer
This session of The Indian Food Diaries focuses on “Saag Paneer,” a popular spinach - cottage cheese dish that has captured the hearts of many food lovers. Get ready to get your hands sticky while learning to make the “Paneer” and experiment with its texture and fold spices into the cheese. The second half of the class will focus on making the actual dish. Instructor Raji Kailasam native of Chennai, India, has been teaching in San Antonio for two years. Bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
