Health & Wellness - Mat Pilates - Online

Join this small group class with a certified Pilates instructor and perform a blend of strengthening and stretching exercises performed on a floor mat which focuses on the body's core while enhancing balance, posture and flexibility. We will utilize small props such as the Magic Circle, weights and a towel. You will flow through variations of exercises from beginner to intermediate levels which will leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Cecilia Dominguez is a Romana's Pilates certified instructor.
