Health & Wellness - Living Peacefully in a Stressful World
This two-night course will help people learn essential life skills to understand it is possible to be stressed without being angry and productively use stress to effectively process change in everyday life. Key exercises will be covered to self-evaluate stress from a behavioral and emotional perspective. Achieving alternate responses to negative stress will be a process for change in three areas: the way you think, the way you feel and the way you act in any stressful situation. This course is approved for CEU credits for LPC’s, LCDC’s and LMFT professionals as well as CPE credits for professional educators. A $6 workbook fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. CEU and CPE credits are an additional $5 per hour payable at the first class to the instructor.
