Volleyball: Skills, Drills & Training (Ages 7-9) - Beginner
Can they dig it? TX Youth Sports covers drills, skills and proper footwork to help athletes balance and move efficiently on the court. Serving, setting, spiking and hitting will be covered. Above all, young athletes are encouraged to dream big and play at their best. Athletes should wear kneepads as well as bring a volleyball and a personal water bottle to each class.
