Learn to make Paneer Butter Masala from scratch with India native Raji Kailasam. Butter Masala is a rich gravy dish generally made in an elaborate style for a feast. In this session of The Indian Food Diaries, you will make the Paneer, Garam Masala (Indian spice mix) and the gravy. Bring a to-go container, an apron, cutting board and a $10 supply fee, which is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
