Culinary Arts - Chinese Cuisine - Easy & Delicious

No need to order takeout anymore. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make two Chinese dishes; Sweet and Sour Crispy Chicken and Pork and Shrimp Gyoza. You will be given step-by-step instructions on how to properly cook your protein, create your batter, mix your filling and make tasty sauces all from scratch. Soon everyone will be ordering their favorite Chinese dish from your kitchen! The deadline for registration will be on Friday, July 10. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the time of pick up on Sunday, July 12 at the Community Learning Center. Additional information regarding ingredient pick up will be emailed by instructor, Chef Rodrigo Sosa.
