ALIR - Mindful Living

We will discuss and practice a variety of ways – including meditation – to help improve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. We will learn to let go of fears, worries and regrets by freeing ourselves from the enslavement of our minds. Topics include self-mastery, stress management, and living peacefully and in harmony with the way things are. Echart Tolle’s books are often cited.
