Stretching can help keep your joints and muscles flexible and may help reduce injuries. Building balance can help you stay steady on your feet and reduce your risk of falling. This class is designed to promote better balance, range-of-motion, and strength and can be adapted depending on your skill level. A chair may be used for balance and support. Each exercise is challenging and fun and will change weekly. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel to each class. Taught by AFAA Certified Instructor Loyda Clucus.
