Regular exercise is important for everyone, but it may be critically important for seniors. Pilates is safe for seniors to perform. The benefits of Pilates for the more mature adults include improved stamina, strength and balance regardless of size, strength or endurance. Instructor Tammy Jones is certified in Fletcher Pilates and by the Pilates Method Alliance. No discount.
