Culinary Arts - Pan de Muertos - Online

Keep the tradition alive and learn how to make Pan de Muerto “bread of the dead” from scratch. This type of pan dulce is traditionally baked in Mexico during the weeks leading up to the Día de Muertos also known as “Day of the Dead” which is celebrated from October 31 to November 2. The deadline for registration is Friday, October 23. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting. Students may choose to pick up a supply kit or request an ingredient list sent via email by the instructor a few days prior to class. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the time of supply pick up on Sunday, October 25 at the Community Learning Center between 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Additional information regarding supply pick up will be emailed by the instructor.
