Driver Education - Driver Education Live In-Person Course

REGISTRATION IS OPEN ON HTTPS://NEID.CE.ELEYO.COM PLEASE MAKE AN ACCOUNT AND REGISTER FOR YOUR DESIRED CLASS! The comprehensive driver education course includes 32 hours of classroom instruction as well as 7 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, and 7 hours of observation with a licensed instructor. All classroom teachers and driving instructors are NEISD employees who are licensed by the state to instruct driver education. The posted schedule is for the completion of the classroom instruction only, which is completed in person. After the third day of classroom instruction, students will be provided the paperwork to obtain their permit. Once their permit is obtained, students will have access to our behind-the-wheel scheduling system, which allows them to schedule drives at their convenience. When registering for the comprehensive course, please make sure to complete and return the contract found at neisd.net/drive by the first day of instruction.
