Culinary Arts - Thanksgiving with a Twist - Online

This is not your traditional Thanksgiving dinner cooking class. In this class, you learn how to make a Roasted Pork Loin with Apricot Glaze and baked asparagus, a mixed green salad with balsamic dressing and goat cheese, Camembert Cheese wrapped with puff pastry and sautéed apples. Leave your guests speechless with this unforgettable menu. The deadline for registration is Thursday, November 12. This is a distance learning class held through Zoom. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first class meeting. Students may choose to pick up a supply kit or request an ingredient list sent via email by the instructor a few days prior to class. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the time of supply pick up on Sunday, November 15 at the Community Learning Center between 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Additional information regarding supply pick up will be emailed by the instructor, Rodrigo Sosa-Carrillo.
