Online Yoga CalmĀ® for Children (Grades K-2)
Classes integrate yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to provide a unique experience promoting strength as well as mindful and empathetic relationships for a healthy life. Under the guided instruction of pediatrician, Dr. Grizelda Anguiano, students will improve flexibility and strength through yoga, practice awareness, learn to regulate emotions, practice stress-reducing techniques, make responsible decisions, and more through age-appropriate lessons. Students should have a distraction-free space available during this distance learning class. Instructions for logging into Zoom will be emailed by the instructor before the first class meeting.
