Health & Wellness - Chen Style Tai Chi 18 Form

Chen Tai Chi is the oldest style of Tai Chi among five major styles. You will learn the foundation movements of Tai Chi and basic energy development skills. You will experience Chen style's unique alternated speed and silk reeling technique to quickly enhance your balance, strength and power as well as graceful, slow and soft movements and effective mind work. Instructor, Ming Xie, has been training and teaching Tai Chi for over 30 years. Her unique teaching method attracts a variety of people from all walks of life.
