Volleyball - Bump, Set, Spike (Ages 6-12)
Can they dig it? TX Youth Sports will cover drills, skills and proper footwork to help young athletes balance and move efficiently on the volleyball court. Serving, setting, spiking and hitting will be covered. Athletes will practice proper rotations and transitions through daily games. Above all, players are encouraged to dream big and play at their best. Athletes should bring knee pads, volleyball and a personal water bottle each day.
