Health & Wellness - Tabata Bootcamp

Tabata Bootcamp is short duration, high intensity interval training. Research has shown this type of training to be a highly effective and efficient exercise program. This training is designed to fit a 30-minute format with a 15 minute cool down and stretch to end the session. Gone is the excuse that you don’t have time to exercise! If you want to increase your fitness level and lose some unwanted pounds this class is for you! Come and join us for a fun filled challenging workout to help you reach your fitness goals. Please bring a mat, hand towel and water to class. Instructor Deborah Bui is an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, NSCA Personal Trainer and a certified Tabata Bootcamp Instructor. No discount.
