Chef Instructor Bill Briwa from the Culinary Institute of American will introduce a subject each class with a short, hands-on Great Courses® video. Then we will discuss cooking - all the things you thought you knew, forgot, and will learn. Perfect for the Everyday Gourmet or basic cooks. While "fun with food" is our motto, this is not a class that serves food at the end! (The good news: no food fee.)
