Chicken Scaloppine is a quick, delicious way to serve chicken. More economical than its pricier cousin veal, Chicken Scaloppine is easy enough for busy weekends, yet elegant enough for company fare. You'll learn the basic technique and several variations, along with complimentary side dishes. A $10 food fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. Instructor Gena Nadeau is an avid self-taught chef for more than 40 years.
