Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to brush up on your practice, this four week series will help you start or continue your yoga journey. This all levels class will provide fundamental poses that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness from pose to pose. You will leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle the rest of your week! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat to each class. Instructor Carissa Munoz is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
